I tried mpc2kxp6490 the watch one too, and what had previously appeared to be quite jerky on QT was now completely smooth and completely different in VLC. If you’re using a standard color profile [I’m mpx2kxp6490 to Adobe for viewing] then it’ll look right. Quicktime uses your Mac’s native gamma [2. Reading the thread on the mpc2kpx6490 video I noticed someone said the video looked better in VLC, Mpc2kxp6490 hadn’t used VLC for a long while and decided to download it to take a look. Or is QT just alot more demanding on the computer when playing large file sizes? I was shocked by the difference on this machine. Well this machine is a PC not mpc2kxp6490 mac so that’s mpc2kxp6490 half the problem mpc2kxp6490 even still the playback on QT is pants. Mpc2kx6p490 anybody noticed that if you are running dual monitors on the pc and you drag the quicktime to the 2nd monitor non-primarythe gamma lift goes away?
This is my point though, if QT and VLC and many others display the footage with different color profiles how do we know mpc2kxp6490 one looks correct when the color profile of the screen is correct?
Keep in mind that images are from different stages of development. I believe Mpc2kxp6490 uses its own gamma settings, probably in the 1. With respect, you’re putting more value and weight to my viewpoint than it deserves.

Well the noise is actually there – and I’m afraid that it’s not due to the compression but more likely due to the fact that the footage hasn’t been run mpc2kxp6490 any kind of lowpass filter s and no dead-pixel correction. And of course QT is not only a player, but mpc2kxp6490 export in many codecs. I would imagine that QT was the best to use Mpc2kxp6490 as far as my version is concerned the entire footage comes across as substandard compared to when it is played on VLC – why should the color be any better?
The difference seems quite drastic between each as far mpc2kxp6490 I can tell. Quicktime uses a 1. The copy of QT i have was only downloaded recently.
