Now, did you have your team mates also follow on this obsessiveness that you had as well? I think you have to listen, and you have to pay attention to what your colleagues and team mates are saying and what are certain things that drive them, certain things that motivate them, that trigger them. And once we found them, they really brought the characters to life and now here we are with The Punies, man! He is indeed a basketball superstar, one of the most resilient, hard-working, intelligent, creative and most passionate basketball players of our time. He does do a good job though of repeatedly expounding what it takes to be great. Being a Bulls fan that grew up watching Jordan I have the bias of always considering Jordan as the best of all-time. I was blown away by this! Alright, what do you love to do? He uses these first pages to also share his knowledge and experience, his wisdom on many aspects of the game.
Ever since I really started liking the NBA, Kobe Bryant was always one of my favorite players, after hearing just a small percentage of the stories in this book I admired mentlity work ethic. And essence, and energy with your voice, yeah. This is a powerful interview and I know a lot of you are going to get a lot of value out of this.
Kobe Bryant: Mamba Mentality and The Mind of a Champion
Kobe also spent the evenings with his kids to ensure that they always felt like their father was there for them and then Kobe hit the gym for one last time from 7: Thanks for telling us about the problem. And one of my favourite ones, Powell hates it, every time I tell this story, he hates it. And you just continue to build that way. I directed it, so the other challenge was finding great actors, voice actors.
MCD | The Mamba Mentality
And I am so excited about this episode, again, make mntality to share it out with your friends, right now on your Instagram story, on Twitter, on Facebook, lewishowes. Rest at the end. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, just work work work. Mentalitt have to love it, and I did. And so, he and I worked together, hand in hand, on outlining every single episode. However, it was just a book filled with pictures with mere sprinklings of paragraphs or two on certain aspects of his journey.
What do you think the biggest challenge is for most athletes after they retire? For example, when he talks about “tried-and-true” workout regiments, as a layperson, I’m not privy to even that knowledge. Great players win menality mental game as well as the physical game.
I think you have to listen, and you have to pay attention to what your colleagues and team mates are saying and what are certain things that drive them, certain things that motivate them, that trigger them.
This is what we do, alright? Understanding the importance of contact and physicality is only half the battle. How do you mean face it? And so, a lot of things that I learned through the game were through photos. And, as always, you know what time it is: His daily routine, getting up at 4am to exercise, in the dark, and what that does for his mind and his body. He was so passionate about becoming the best he could be that he spent time fine-tuning so m I always respected Kobe and never negated the fact that he was one the best in the league year after year.
Look at things at their smallest. No one has mastered the art of staying focused on your goal and working tirelessly towards it like legend and icon, Kobe Bryant. So I want to acknowledge you for your kindness and your generosity towards humanity. And I just appreciate you as a human. Kobe is widely regarded as one of the best basketball players of all time.
Official Look at the ‘Mamba Mentality’ PG 3
Then through a number of details, facts and figures, he shares his thoughts and opinion about many of his games that, reflecting back now, Kobe considers milestones in his NBA career.
Thats “mamba mentality” we don’t quit, we arent coward, we don’t run. Did someone teach you to do that? One of my greatest take aways from the book was when Kobe said that one of the things he worked tirelessly on was training his mind not to wander.
